• Walking

  If you are starting from the Lewisburg Historic District, head south on Washington Street toward the intersection with Court Street. Turn right onto Court Street and continue straight for about 0.5 miles. You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. Keep an eye out for the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine on your left. After passing the school, continue until you reach the intersection with Courtney Drive. Turn left onto Courtney Drive. The Confederate Cemetery Historical Marker will be on your left at 164 Courtney Dr, Lewisburg, WV 24901.

• Public Transportation

  If you're near the Lewisburg bus stop, take the Greenbrier Valley Public Transportation route that heads towards downtown Lewisburg. Request to get off at the stop near Washington Street and Court Street intersection. From there, follow the walking directions provided: head south on Washington Street, turn right onto Court Street, and then left onto Courtney Drive to reach the Confederate Cemetery Historical Marker at 164 Courtney Dr.

• Bicycling

  If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Greenbrier River Trail entrance in downtown Lewisburg. Ride towards the south end of the trail, then exit onto Washington Street. Head south on Washington Street, turning right onto Court Street. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles, then turn left onto Courtney Drive. The Confederate Cemetery Historical Marker will be located on your left at 164 Courtney Dr.
