Car
From Spruce Knob, head southeast on County Road 1/2 (Spruce Knob Road) for approximately 5.5 miles. Turn right onto Forest Road 112. Continue on Forest Road 112 for about 2 miles until you reach the Honeycomb Rocks Trailhead parking area on your left. Look for the trailhead sign.
Public Transportation
There are limited public transportation options directly to Honeycomb Rocks Trailhead. If you're in Marlinton, you may need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach the trailhead. From Marlinton, head southwest on U.S. Route 219 for about 12 miles, then turn left onto County Road 1/2 (Spruce Knob Road) and follow it for 5.5 miles. Finally, turn right onto Forest Road 112 and continue for 2 miles to the trailhead.
Hiking
If you're already in the area and prefer to hike, you can access Honeycomb Rocks from nearby trails. Ensure you have a good map or GPS device, as the trails can be less marked in certain areas. From Spruce Knob, you can hike on the Spruce Knob Trail and connect to other trail systems that lead to Honeycomb Rocks.
