Car
From Spruce Knob, head southeast on Spruce Knob Road. After approximately 7 miles, turn left onto State Route 33. Continue on Route 33 for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with North Fork Highway (US-220). Turn right onto North Fork Highway. Smoke Hole Caverns will be about 6 miles down this road, located at 8290 N Fork Hwy, Cabins, WV 26855. Look for the signage indicating the entrance to the caverns.
