    If you are starting from the Wheeling Heritage Port, head northeast on Water St toward 12th St. Continue on 12th St until you reach Market St. Turn left onto Market St and walk for about 0.5 miles. You will see West Virginia Independence Hall on your left at 1528 Market St.

    Public Transportation (Bus)

    Take the Ohio Valley Regional Transit Authority (OVRTA) bus route that serves downtown Wheeling. Board the bus at the nearest stop and ensure you are heading toward the Market St area. Get off at the Market St and 15th St stop. From there, walk south on Market St for about one block, and West Virginia Independence Hall will be on your right at 1528 Market St.

    Walking from Wheeling Park

    Starting from Wheeling Park, exit the park onto National Rd (US-40), and head southeast. After about 1 mile, turn left onto 14th St. Continue on 14th St until you reach Market St, then turn right. Walk about 4 blocks, and you will find West Virginia Independence Hall on your left at 1528 Market St.
