Getting There

Turn left onto WI-60 and follow it for approximately 12 miles. You will pass through scenic areas and eventually reach Sauk City. The Ferry Bluff State Natural Area is located at E9974 WI-60 Trunk, which will be on your right. There is no entrance fee for parking; however, please make sure to check the parking availability as it can fill up quickly, especially on weekends.

• Public Transportation

  If you prefer public transportation, you can take a bus from Blue Hills to Sauk City. Check the local bus schedule for the nearest route that goes to Sauk City. Once you arrive in Sauk City, you will need to use a rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) or a taxi to reach Ferry Bluff State Natural Area at E9974 WI-60 Trunk, which is about a 10-minute drive from the bus stop.
