If you are in downtown Sturgeon Bay, start at the intersection of Jefferson Street and 3rd Avenue. Head north on 3rd Avenue until you reach the intersection with Michigan Street. Turn left on Michigan Street and continue west until you reach 4th Avenue. Turn right on 4th Avenue, and you will find the Door County Historical Museum at 18 N 4th Ave on your left. It is a short walk of about 10-15 minutes, depending on your starting point.

If you are cycling, start from the Sturgeon Bay Bike Path, which runs along the waterfront. Follow the path until you reach the intersection with 3rd Avenue. This route is approximately 1 mile and should take around 5-10 minutes by bike.
