From downtown Kenosha, head to the Kenosha Transit Center located at 50th Street and 6th Avenue. Take the Route 4 bus heading towards the Kenosha Regional Airport. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop at 41st Street and Green Bay Road. From there, you will need to walk to the nearest Metra station, which is about 0.5 miles away. Board the Metra train heading towards Chicago and get off at Highland Park Station. From the station, it's approximately a 15-minute walk northeast to reach Highland Park.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Kenosha Harbor and head north along the lakefront trail. Follow the trail until you reach the intersection with Green Bay Road.
