Walking
If you are starting from downtown La Crosse, head north on 4th St toward Main St. Continue straight as 4th St turns into 3rd St. Walk until you reach the intersection with Cass St. Turn left onto Cass St and follow it until you reach the riverfront. Continue walking along the riverfront path. When you reach the intersection with N Pettibone Dr, turn right. Continue on N Pettibone Dr for approximately 0.5 miles until you see Pettibone Park on your left at 700 N Pettibone Dr.

From the La Crosse River State Trail, head toward downtown La Crosse. Follow the trail south until you reach the intersection with Main St. Turn left onto Main St and continue until you reach 2nd St. Turn right onto 2nd St and continue until you reach Cass St. Turn left and follow Cass St until you reach the riverfront. From the riverfront, continue north on the bike path until you hit N Pettibone Dr. Turn right and ride for about 0.5 miles to reach Pettibone Park at 700 N Pettibone Dr.
