If you are in downtown Madison, start at the Wisconsin State Capitol building located at 2 E Main St. Head south on S Carroll St for about 0.5 miles until you reach W Johnson St. Turn left onto W Johnson St and walk straight for another 0.3 miles. You will cross over the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. Look for the signs directing you to Camp Randall Stadium. Continue until you reach Monroe St, and then turn right. Camp Randall Stadium will be on your left at 1440 Monroe St.
Bus
From downtown Madison, locate a bus stop and take the Metro Transit bus number 80 or 81, which heads towards the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Get off at the 'Monroe St & Breese Terrace' stop. From there, it's a short walk. Head west on Monroe St, and you will find Camp Randall Stadium at 1440 Monroe St on your right within just a few minutes.
Biking
If you prefer to bike, rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations around downtown Madison. Start at the nearest bike station and head south toward the campus. Bike along University Ave, heading west until you reach the intersection with Monroe St. Turn left onto Monroe St, and continue biking until you arrive at Camp Randall Stadium, located at 1440 Monroe St.
