Walking
If you are starting from State Street, walk west towards the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Park Street. Turn right onto Park Street. After about a block, you will see the entrance to Bascom Hill on your left at 1872 Lincoln Dr. Follow the path up the hill to enjoy the views and the iconic sights.

Take the Metro Transit bus line 80 or 83 from downtown Madison. Board the bus at the nearest stop (you can check your location on a bus map). Ride the bus until you reach the stop at 'University Ave & Park St.' Once you get off, cross Park Street, and you will see Bascom Hill ahead of you. Walk straight toward the hill at 1872 Lincoln Dr.

If you are biking, head towards the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. From downtown, take the bike path that runs along the shore of Lake Mendota, which will lead you to the campus. Once you reach the campus area, follow the signs to Bascom Hill. The hill is located at 1872 Lincoln Dr, easily accessible via bike paths.
