From the town of Jackson, WY, take WY-22 W towards Teton Pass. After approximately 12 miles, turn left onto Moose Wilson Road (WY-390). Continue on Moose Wilson Road for about 6 miles. Look for the entrance to the Laurance S. Rockefeller Preserve, which will be on your left. There is parking available at the preserve. Note that parking may be limited during peak season, and a parking fee may apply.

If you are using public transportation, take the START bus from Jackson to the Teton Village. From Teton Village, you can use a taxi service or rideshare app to reach the Laurance S. Rockefeller Preserve. The distance is approximately 8 miles, and taxi fares can range from $20 to $30.
