In Moorcroft, look for the signs directing you to Keyhole State Park; turn right onto Marina Road. Follow Marina Road for about 3 miles, and you will arrive at Keyhole State Park, located at 22 Marina Rd, Moorcroft, WY 82721. Note that there is a day-use fee for entering the park, so be prepared with cash or a credit card.
