Car
From any point in Grand Teton National Park, exit the park via the Moose-Wilson Road towards Moose Junction. Once you reach Moose Junction, turn left onto WY-26/WY-89 and continue south. Follow the highway for approximately 12 miles until you reach the town of Jackson. In Jackson, continue straight onto E Broadway Ave. The National Elk Refuge will be on your right at 675 E Broadway Ave. Look for signs indicating the refuge entrance.

If you're using public transportation, take the START Bus from various locations in Grand Teton National Park to Jackson. Once you arrive in Jackson, you will need to walk or take a taxi to the National Elk Refuge. It is about a 1-mile walk from the START Bus stop on E Broadway Ave to the refuge entrance at 675 E Broadway Ave. Be sure to check the START Bus schedule for the latest routes and times, as well as any fare costs associated with your trip.
