For those using public transportation, check with local shuttle services or the START Bus system, which operates in Jackson Hole. Take the START Bus Route 1 from the Jackson Town Square towards the North Village. Make sure to get off at the stop closest to the National Elk Refuge & Greater Yellowstone Visitor Center (you may need to inquire with the driver for the best stop). From the stop, it will be a short walk to the visitor center at 532 N Cache St.
