Car
From Cody, WY, take US-14/US-16/US-20 W towards Yellowstone National Park. Continue on this road for about 52 miles, passing through Wapiti and into the park. Once inside Yellowstone, follow the signs to Mammoth Hot Springs. After arriving in Mammoth, continue on the park roads towards the Norris Geyser Basin area. Churning Caldron is located near the Norris Geyser Basin; follow the signs for the basin and park in the designated areas. There is an entrance fee to Yellowstone National Park, which is $35 per vehicle for a 7-day pass.
