Car
From the center of Powder River Basin, head west on State Highway 20 (also known as US-20) towards Casper. Follow the highway for about 70 miles until you reach the junction with Interstate 25. Merge onto I-25 South. Continue on I-25 for approximately 15 miles. Take exit 188A for WY-220 East towards Bar Nunn. Follow WY-220 for about 5 miles, then take a right onto Prairie Lane. The Casper KOA Journey will be on your right at 1101 Prairie Ln, Bar Nunn, WY 82601.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, first check for bus services from nearby towns to Casper. You can take a bus to the Casper Transit Center. From the Transit Center, you can use local taxi services or rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft to reach the Casper KOA Journey. Provide the driver with the address: 1101 Prairie Ln, Bar Nunn, WY 82601. Be aware that taxi fares may vary depending on the distance from the Transit Center, typically costing around $15 to $25.
Bicycle
For the adventurous, you may consider cycling. From Powder River Basin, take State Highway 20 west towards Casper. Note that cycling may require navigating busy roads, so be sure to wear a helmet, use bike lanes where available, and have a good map or GPS. Once you reach the junction with I-25, you can either continue on the highway or take side roads that lead to Bar Nunn. Follow the directions as mentioned above to reach Casper KOA Journey.
