From Red Desert, head east on WY-28 E. Continue on WY-28 E for approximately 25 miles. You will pass through the small community of Atlantic City. After about 25 miles, turn left onto S Pass Main St. Follow S Pass Main St for about 1 mile until you reach the South Pass City State Historic Site located at 125 S Pass Main St, South Pass City, WY 82520.
