From Snowy Range, head east on WY-130 E. Continue for about 15 miles until you reach the junction with WY-10 N. Turn left onto WY-10 N and drive for about 7 miles. Look for signs leading to the Rawah Wilderness area. Follow these signs and turn onto the dirt road leading into the wilderness. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for gravel roads, as some sections may be rough. The total driving distance from Snowy Range is approximately 24 miles.

Public transportation options directly to Rawah Wilderness are limited. The nearest bus service is in Laramie, WY. From Laramie, take a Greyhound bus or any other local bus service to Jelm, WY. Once in Jelm, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare to take you the remaining 10 miles to the Rawah Wilderness trailhead as there are no public transport routes directly to the wilderness. Keep in mind that taxi services may need to be pre-arranged.
