If you are driving from Evanston, head east on US-80 E for approximately 30 miles. Take the exit for WY-89 N toward La Barge. Continue on WY-89 N for about 10 miles. Then, turn left onto County Road 274. Follow County Road 274 for about 1 mile until you reach the Fort Supply State Historic Site at 672-998 Co Rd 274, Robertson, WY 82944.

From Mountain View, take WY-410 E for about 8 miles until you reach the junction with US-189 N. Turn left onto US-189 N and drive for approximately 12 miles. Then, take a right onto WY-89 S toward La Barge. Continue for about 2 miles and make a right onto County Road 274. Follow County Road 274 for 1 mile to reach Fort Supply State Historic Site.
