Getting There

Car
If you are traveling by car from Al-Hajjarah Village, start by heading east on the main road (Route 50) towards the town of Ibb. After about 10 kilometers, look for a sign directing you towards Jabal al `Urqub. Turn left onto the smaller road and continue for another 5 kilometers. You may need to navigate some unpaved sections, so ensure your vehicle is suitable for rough terrain. Once you arrive at the base of Jabal al `Urqub, there will be a small parking area where you can leave your car.

Public Transportation
For public transport, begin at the main bus station in Al-Hajjarah Village. Look for a minibus heading towards Ibb or Al-Mahwit. The fare should be around 300 Yemeni Rial (YER). Inform the driver that you want to visit Jabal al `Urqub; they may drop you off near the turn-off to the mountain. From there, you will need to walk approximately 5 kilometers to reach the base of Jabal al `Urqub. Be prepared for a bit of a hike!
