Car
From the main entrance of Blue Lagoon National Park, take the road heading southeast towards Kafue. Drive approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the junction with the Zambezi River road. Turn left and continue for about 5 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to River view point. The location is marked as '567P+45, Kafue'. There is no entry fee for visiting the viewpoint.

Public Transportation
Take a local taxi or minibus from the nearest town or lodge to Blue Lagoon National Park to the market area in Kafue. From there, look for a shared minibus heading towards the Zambezi River. Inform the driver that you want to stop at River view point. The fare should be around 10-20 ZMW, depending on the distance. Once you reach the designated stop, walk approximately 500 meters towards the viewpoint, following any available signs.

If you are already near the river after exploring other areas of Blue Lagoon National Park, simply walk towards the riverbank and follow the trails that lead to the viewpoint. Ensure to have a map or a local guide to help navigate the best walking paths. This walk should take about 30 minutes, depending on your starting point within the park.
