From Lufupa River Camp, head south on the main road towards the Lusaka-Kafue Road (A1). After approximately 45 km, you’ll reach the junction with the A1 highway. Turn left onto the A1 and continue for about 20 km. Look for signs indicating Lilayi Elephant Nursery, which is located just off the main road. You will need to turn onto a smaller road leading to the nursery. The total drive should take about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic and road conditions.
