Car
If you are driving from the town of Kasama, head southeast on the M1 road towards Mbala. After approximately 50 km, you will reach the junction to the N1 road. Continue on the N1 for about 30 km until you see signs for the Bangweulu Wetlands. Follow these signs, which will lead you onto a dirt road. Keep following the road for another 20 km, and you will arrive at Mokřady Bangweulu. Be prepared for rough terrain; a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.

Public Transportation
From Kasama, take a minibus to Mbala. The fare is usually around ZMW 30. Once in Mbala, you will need to find another minibus heading towards the Bangweulu Wetlands. These minibuses can be found near the main market. The fare to the wetlands is approximately ZMW 20. Once you arrive at the wetlands area, you may need to hire a local taxi or arrange for a motorbike taxi to take you directly to Mokřady Bangweulu, which can cost an additional ZMW 50-100 depending on the distance.
