Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Victoria Falls town. Head south on Livingstone Way toward the Zambezi River. Continue straight for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach a T-junction. Turn left onto the Mosi-o-Tunya Road (A8). Continue on this road for about 4 kilometers until you see the signs directing you to Livingstone. Keep following the A8, and you will enter Livingstone city. Look for the coordinates 3VF8+RHX on your GPS or navigation system, which will lead you to the Victoria Falls Cenotaph, located near the Livingstone Stadium.

• Public Transportation

  To reach the Victoria Falls Cenotaph using public transportation, start by taking a local minibus from Victoria Falls to Livingstone. You can catch a minibus from the main station in Victoria Falls. The fare is typically around ZMW 10-20. Inform the driver you are heading to Livingstone, and they will drop you off at the central bus station in Livingstone. From there, you can take a taxi or another minibus to reach the Cenotaph. The taxi fare from the bus station to the Cenotaph area should be around ZMW 30-50. Make sure to have some local currency ready for the fare.

• Walking

  If you are already near Livingstone city center and prefer to walk, the Victoria Falls Cenotaph is approximately a 20-30 minute walk. Start from the Livingstone Museum and head south towards the Mosi-o-Tunya Road (A8). Follow this road, and you will eventually come across the Cenotaph located at 3VF8+RHX. Ensure you are wearing comfortable shoes and are hydrated, as this walk can be quite warm during the day.
