Getting There

• Walking

  From the Victoria Falls town center, head northeast on Livingstone Way towards the entrance of Victoria Falls National Park. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will reach the entrance gate. The entrance fee is required. Once inside the park, follow the signs directing you towards the Boiling Pot, which is about a 1.5-kilometer hike from the entrance. The trail will lead you through lush vegetation and along the edge of the gorge. Be cautious as you approach the viewpoint; the path can be steep in some sections. Once you reach the Boiling Pot, you will enjoy stunning views of the Zambezi River.

• Guided Tour

  Consider joining a guided tour that includes a hike to the Boiling Pot. Many local tour operators offer packages that include transport from your accommodation in Victoria Falls to the trailhead.
