If you are driving from Harare, take the A5 road towards Mutare. After approximately 60 km, turn onto the B6 towards Marondera. Continue on the B6 for about 20 km until you reach the turnoff for Twala Trust Animal Sanctuary. Follow the signs to the sanctuary, which is located at latitude -17.8323943 and longitude 31.2944017. The roads are generally well-maintained but watch for livestock and pedestrians.

To reach Twala Trust Animal Sanctuary using public transport, board a bus from Harare to Marondera at the Mbare Musika bus terminal. Buses depart frequently and the fare is approximately $5. Once you arrive in Marondera, you can hire a taxi to take you to the sanctuary. The taxi ride will cost around $10-15, depending on negotiations and time of day.
