Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest major town, Hwange, which is approximately 90 kilometers from Ngweshla Camp. Take the A8 highway heading east. After around 30 kilometers, turn right onto the Binga Road. Continue for about 30 kilometers until you reach the turnoff to Ngweshla Camp, which is well-marked. Follow the dirt road for another 30 kilometers directly to the camp. Please note that a four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended due to the condition of the dirt road, especially during the rainy season.
Public Transportation
To reach Ngweshla Camp by public transportation, take a bus from Victoria Falls to Hwange. The journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once in Hwange, you can hire a taxi or arrange for a private transfer to Ngweshla Camp. This transfer will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand; it typically costs around $30 to $50 USD. Ensure you have cash on hand as many drivers may not accept card payments.
