If you're traveling by car, start from any location within the Zambezi Valley and head towards Bulawayo. The Khami Ruins are located approximately 22 km west of Bulawayo. You can take the A5 highway, which is well-marked. Once you reach Bulawayo, follow the signs to the Khami Ruins. The entrance is located off the Khami Road (B18) and is accessible via a dirt road leading to the site. Note that parking is available at the entrance, and there may be a small entrance fee.

For those using public transportation, take a bus or shared taxi from your location in the Zambezi Valley to Bulawayo. There are several bus companies operating routes to Bulawayo. Once in Bulawayo, you can catch a local taxi (commonly known as a 'combi') heading towards Khami Ruins. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they are going to Khami. The fare is typically inexpensive, but it's advisable to have some local currency on hand for the ride.
