Birla Mandir Temple (Lakshmi Narayan)
Birla Mandir is a Hindu temple, built on a 280 feet high hillock called Naubath Pahad on a 13 acres plot. The construction took 10 years and was opened in 1976 by Swami Ranganathananda of Ramakrishna Mission.
Mandawa
The Rajput rulers built a massive Mandawa fort, which attracted a number of wealthy business merchants who started living there and made their thikanas depending on their social status. The fort constructed in the region is well known for its art and architecture along with the intricate designs and marvelous carvings. All the houses or the havelis built by the merchants around the city are known for their magnificence and beauty even after hundreds of years making the whole Mandawa region unique destination of Rajasthan.
Saraf Haveli
The exceptional beauty of the Havelis will be a great feast for an art lover as the walls are adorned with paintings that have an Indian as well as British influence. The fascinating paintings reflecting the skill of artisans will even reveal the mythological stories, hunting scenes that stand as an excellent wall decoration for all the Havelis and make them very special.
Mandawa
After breakfast proceed for a tour of Mandawa city. The 18th century Mandawa Fort rules the skyline of this Rajput town. Now converted into a heritage hotel, this fort becomes a dream stay for the tourists visiting Shekhawati.
Saraf Haveli
The famous Havelis of Mandawa defined the prosperity of this merchant town. These frescoed mansions served as the homes for these merchants, who were known for their penchants of comforts. These havelis were ornately decorated residences featuring meeting rooms or baithaks, complete with punkahs (cloth fans swung by pulling a cord) and other necessities that were considered luxurious during those times.
Junagarh Fort (Bikaner Fort)
Today you will be taken to this amazing 16th century rectangular Junagadh Fort built by Raja Jai Singh, a general in army of Mughal emperor Akbar. It is one of the few oldest forts of Rajasthan constructed on ground level.
Mehrangarh Fort
One of the largest forts in not only Rajasthan but in India as well, situated on a low sandstone hill, at an altitude of 120 meters. The fort with menacing thick walls contains many palaces with expansive courtyards and intricate carvings.
Phool Mahal
The Palace of Flowers, built by Maharaja Abhaya Singh, and believed to be an exclusive and private chamber of pleasure.
Jaswant Thada
Built in 1889 by Sardar Singh in remembrance of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. The entire structure is constructed out of thin and polished sheets of Marble which makes it ever so beautiful when sunlight falls over it.
Umaid Bhawan Museum
Umaid Bhawan Palace, located in Jodhpur in Rajasthan, India, is one of the world's largest private residences. A part of the palace is managed by Taj Hotels. Named after Maharaja Umaid Singh, grandfather of the present owner Gaj Singh. The palace has 347 rooms and is the principal residence of the former Jodhpur royal family. A part of the palace is a museum.
Ranakpur
Ranakpur temple is one of the largest and most important temples of Jain culture
City Palace, situated on the bank of Pichola Lake. This Palace was constructed by Maharana Udai Mirza Singh in 1559 A.D.
Jagdish Temple
Built by Maharana Jagat Singh. The architecture of this temple is based on Indo-Aryan style and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is one of the biggest shrines of Udaipur.
Fateh Sagar Lake
