Scott, Rachel, and Chris were all super friendly, professional, and safety conscious. I felt safe enough with them to jump off a 22m redwood tree! I had a great time and recommend you do this activity when you are in Rotorua.

We are an older couple and were very nervous. Upon meeting Danny and Tori we were immediately put at ease. These guides were excellent, professional, and patient. We had a great time and throughly enjoyed each and every activity including the last controlled fall to end the activity. Our fear of heights and bridges soon lessened as our confidence grew. I would highly recommend this activity. Danny and Tori are top notch and we felt safe the entire time. A+++++++

This tour was amazingly beautiful and well organised. It had rained quite a lot before we had gone and was continuing to rain when we started. Our guides Rachel and Dani had assured us that the rain won’t stop us and made our family feel super safe. I had no worries that I was untethered or going to injure myself. My mother is very nervous around heights and both of the guides were really well with making sure she is ok and feeling safe. They even got her to do the big jump at the end which is not something she would normally do ever! I highly recommend this trip if you want to be up and close with the beautiful fern trees!

Fantastic tour for our family with older teens. I was very nervous about heights but our guides Danni and Rachel were amazing and very helpful. Rachel even convinced me to do the big jump at the end that I never thought I’d do. Highly recommend!

Treewalk daytime and Fast Pass access to the nighttime Treewalk is included in the adventure combo experience. Self-guided for 30-40 mins per day visit and per night visit.

All participants must be able to understand and follow instructions. -
All participants to wear appropriate clothing for weather i.e. rain jacket for wet days, warm jacket for cold days.

Altitude - Children aged 8-12 years must be actively supervised by a responsible person 16 years and older.

Altitude - long hair and loose items must be secured.

Altitude - participants must be between 30 kg and 120 kg.

Altitude - youths aged 13-15 years can participate without adult supervision, but a guardian must complete the disclaimer on their behalf.
