    Mike the Viking was an excellent guide. Going at 7:00am was an amazing way to start the day and avoid the crowds (somewhat). Really well organized, great instruction, fun activity.

    Wow. For a first-time kayaker we were looked after exceptionally well. Our instructor Brenda and her colleague Nunu (apologies for spelling) were experts at their craft! Funny, interesting and informative. They hit every mark of a successful kayak tour and made me and my girlfriend feel comfortable and accommodated for. Brenda provided interesting commentary, facts and stories relating to the beautiful caves and allowed for some free-time to swim and enjoy the water. Additionally, she provided waterproof bags to keep electronics inside - of which she offered to take photographs of EVERY pair of kayakers on their phones! This was very much appreciated and so important when visiting a once-in-a-lifetime place such as Benagil. Right from the beginning until the end we felt looked after and completely safe. I couldn’t recommend this enough, if you’re unsure who to go Kayaking with. USE XPLORE!

    Branda and Mike were awesome! They stopped and explained the history of caves and secret spots. Definitely go in the morning before 11am because it gets PACKED with a lot of other tours. We did a 9am tour and it was perfect! Felt like we had the spots to ourselves. Enjoy!

    Drove into the area from Lisbon, parking was very limited as there were a lot of crowds. Viking Mike helped us navigate right from the start. He was very energetic and the knowledge of the area was extensive. Would recommend anyone looking to seek out a once in a life time tour! P.S. Thanks, Mike for moving the log to make us a parking spot for us!!
