    Anton was our guide and Tim was our driver who were both amazing. We did the unlimited drinks package and was definitely worth it! Such a fab way to see and learn about Amsterdam - thank you!

    The boat has been completed with person without access to the food and drink ==> Reduce the cost of travel for the company only one boat had made the excursion Guide without experience and knowledge on the city and not Unlimited food and drink ==> fake information Wine not local and very cheap Bad experience

    DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! This was not at all what we paid for. It was not unlimited drinks, just beer and wine. There was also nothing luxury about this boat trip and their attitude was even worse. They scolded a family for singing happy birthday and ruined the entire trip by saying they would be kicked off the boat for doing that. I think the man was drunk or had serious anger issues. Thankfully, Julio took over to calm the other man and was a great tour guide but nothing could save the terrible start to this trip.

    Made an enquiry in the flagship store, you g lady advised us to book online to get the best deal for open top cruise with unlimited drinks. Advised to get there early, but on arrival we were refused access to the boat, the guy tried to put us on a cheaper cruise boat with a roof, not very nice, not what we had booked for my daughters birthday The man was really rude, telling me the lady in the store had made a mistake etc....eventually we waited around & got on the next cruise, but it wasn't what we payed for, not unlimited drinks only wines beers or cold canned drinks , however compliments to Ezra the guide and the skipper for saving the day! Those two guys compared to the others on the canal side are a credit to the Company!

    We typically don't do these kinds of tours because they tend to be rather gimmicky. But, per our Uber driver's recommendation, and the enthusiasm of the rest of our group, we decided to do it, and we were not disappointed. There were several convenient times to choose from, and one that worked perfectly on our last day in Amsterdam. Our bartender and guide for the cruise was Dean. He was very knowledgeable about the city, and the different areas we were in. He was attentive to making sure each one of us had what we needed to enjoy our time. We highly recommend participating in this. It really was a great way to see so much more of the city than we could have just by walking. Comfortable, accommodating, and very insightful experience.
