    We took the shuttle bus to the meeting place as directed, our guide never picked us up. We had to find a taxi and hire a guide on our own. Actually ran into our guide at Chan Chan, his name is Dilser, all he could say was “sorry”. We had made the arrangements specifically because my brother uses a mobility cart and Dilser said he could handle that. Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service and terrible attitude! I want a complete refund!

    We had a delightful time with Dilser at Chan Chan. Even though it was closed, he had made arrangements for us to gain admission and we had the entire place to ourselves. His English is excellent as is his passion for the history of this area. Very knowledgeable and could answer any questions we had. Picked up at our hotel in very comfortable vehicle with excellent driver. Dilser is very accessible via text/phone on WhatsApp. Decided to book a tour with him the following afternoon to Huacas del Luna-Sol. Don't miss it. Very highly recommend Dilser and Norte Expedition.

    Dilser Alfaro Oliva is the best tourguide I ever had! He‘s very experienced. His knowledge is huge. The way he tell about this old culture is very interesting. And he knows much more than this culture. A pity that I didn‘t have more time to do another tour with him.

    Dilser was an amazing guide and so kind and informative. He picked me up from my hotel and went above and beyond in proving a first class Priavte tour and these amazing archaeological sites. So glad I was able to have such a intimate guide without the hassles of a large tour group and buses.

    Our experience starts at the DE site chan chan museum so that we can have a complete DE a of the Chimu culture and its large mud capital Chan Chan.     After the museum, our experience and adventure in chan chan begins with the walk POR the forest and passing POR the Huacas and temples for photos, explanation . We will walk 45 minutes around palaces EN chan chan observing the magnitude and size DE its walls and imagine the wealth DE the Chimu lords who inhabited these places. DE DE l’entre palaces you will arrive at the streets and procession avenues DE l’entra palace NIKAN to start a visit DE 1 hour DE l’entre palace, walking in its squares, warehouses, well DE l’entre, royal tombs and the great panoramic viewpoint of chan chan and its surroundings.
