What to expect
Leave the city behind and discover some of Morocco's wildest and most breathtaking scenery on this full-day, multi-faceted tour. After pickup from your hotel or the meeting point at 9:00am,
You will be driven from Marrakech only an hour and half to the heart of the Atlas. At our first stop we will take pictures against the backdrop of the scenic Tahanout village and visit a women’s argan coperative where you will enjoy some Moroccan tea and taste fresh argan oil before the ladies explain their work. Then we will continue our drive to the Atlas Mountains where our walking adventure will begin. We will pass through the quaint Berber villages dotted throughout the Imlil Valley--stopping as frequently as you like to rest and take photos-- then enjoy a lunch prepared lovingly in the traditional Moroccan way by a local family. Afterwards we will walk past the picturesque waterfalls before we meet our driver. After this fun packed day we will make our way back to Marrakech for a 5:00 pm arrival.

Saturday and Tuesday tours also include a visit to a local Berber farmer's market. Note 1: Due to animal welfare concerns, camel rides are no included Note 2: the total duration of walk is 2.5 hours but transportation will be provided for people who do not want to walk Note 3: we will discover Tahanout, Asni and Imlil valleys.
