This was one of the highlights of our two days stay in Hobart. This is not a tour of the brewery but a fascinating insight into the beginning and development of this historic site. The guide provided a comprehensive history in the characters, technology and social context of the Cascade brand. Had a top lunch at the Brewery afterwards.

The brewery tour is well paced, very informative and fun. The tour leader was knowledgeable, friendly and had detailed answers for any questions asked. A paddle of Cascade beers to sample at the conclusion of the tour was an added benefit.
