    I did not choose this provider, it was simply the one that appeared in the “Get your guide” app. The attention was terrible. It turns out that you hire this ride and the indication in the app is to contact them before the start, to obtain the voucher of entry. I did it the same day of purchase, on Thursday and was instructed to do it the same day of the walk at 8 am (the walk was today Saturday). Today when I contact to get the ticket, they don't answer me, they don't have the phone. I almost lost the entrance but in Casa Tortuga they agreed to take the voucher of the app (which is not the one that serves , they made me the exception. What if they didn't?). In short, if I return to this area for walks I will not contact them again because this is no way to treat any client, they did not respond, they did not take care of me, they did not apologize.

    Very cool smaller cenotes (4). Get the private tour, it’s worth it. The caves were very neat and the tour did take 2 hours as listed.

    DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS VENDOR. I purchased a package for my family two weeks before our trip, and was instructed to message them at 8am on the day of our tickets. I did- and they NEVER RESPONDED. Multiple times I tried to text and call, and reached out to Viator for help. They could not reach them either. I’m currently waiting for a refund. I was incredibly stressed and disappointed to have this happen while on vacation with my children. Side note: you can buy tickets to this place at the door, for MUCH cheaper than the price this operator has listed. Never ever ever use them. We ended up contacting the actual Casa Tortuga and speaking with them, they were able to make a reservation for us for the exact same experience, for less than half the cost of this operator.
