    I love doing hop on hop off buses however, I was surprised that we were not notified around the changes that would be happening with the paralympics upon getting on the bus. Rightfully so one could expect changes, but those needed to be clearly explained and we're not. We got dropped off at a spot and were told that there would be no more buses coming around due to the streets being shut down, which would have been helpful to know before getting left there. We only had one day and we're unaware of what the schedule would look like that day and so it was basically a wash for us. I hope in the future they can articulate better with Customers around daily changes when they enter the bus. It really impacted our experience.

    Nice experience 🙂 Perfect for family with kids👍🏻 Very flexible Covered all important places Little bit expensive but compare to traveling by public transport with kids this is a better option

    So very disappointed!! There was a pre recorded commentary on the way - left out so many beautiful building. Other customers had to look them up on phone!! One of the worst tourist attractions ever

    Had a great trip. The weather was perfect. Was just in Paris for the day so we only hopped off at the Eiffel Tower for pictures. Place to return next year and hop of at more stops.

    You can hop on and off from our Paris Red Route tour from 10 different stops. Buses run every 10-20 minutes. Tune in to our pre-recorded commentary, available in 9 languages via complimentary headphones. Red Route Tour strats from Stop 1 at 09.45am and the last tour from Stop 1 is 17.30pm. Customers are advised to visit our website or download our app to find out more about updated service information. Your River cruise tickets will be provided by a Big Bus agent when boarding on the bus they will then tell you where to board.
