    It was awesome.. a drive through the countryside and then to an intimate kitchen and dining setting in a beautiful place. We had so much fun making bruschetta, focaccia and pizza. And eating it was the best!

    BEST experience, we absolutely love it , when I started looking for cooking experience class, it was hard & a little overwhelming, how to choose from so many options… and we always look for reviews/ ratings etc, there was something about this one ..that even tho it didn’t had many reviews or stars I just went ahead and book it … little that we knew it was the best one we ever been to , Mario from the beginning made us feel welcoming & his personality is awesome & when we arrive the place , wow breath taking and the food … I cannot even put into words I definitely recommend this experience and I will definitely do it again

    Mario was a fun and informative host. The venue was wonderful and the food was fabulous. He sent us the recipes and now we can bring a little bit of Florence home with us. Grazie, Mario!

    Cooking with fire was an amazing experience! Mario picked us up and was an excellent host - his English is impeccable; he's funny; on the van ride over he turned into a tour guide and told us all about the city as we were driving through. When we arrived, there was a short walk to the cooking area and on the way we gathered herbs and fruit from alongside the path for cooking. 🤯 So cool! The outdoor kitchen was envy inducing - I can't get it out of my mind! It was a lakeside porch with a wood fire stove and a beautiful view of the countryside. We made two types of pasta, sauce from scratch, steak Florentine and a delicious dessert with the fruit we picked on the way up. Along with the great food, we tasted delicious wine and met some new vacation friends. It was one of the highlights of our trip! We would absolutely book this experience again.
