    I had the pleasure of having Lisa as my tour guide….. let me tell you, when I say she is AWESOME, I absolutely mean it! She was on time, kind, knowledgeable, and down to earth. She made what was a really stressful situation for me, a breeze! Thank you Lisa for all that you do, especially for going above and beyond for you clients (me).     We had seen already a few places in Madrid and we asked Lisa to show us art, design , history, nice restaurants … Lisa was able to provide us a personalized experience. She is friendly , positive and patient. We booked only 2 hours , but we would recommend to book minimum 4 hours. We would like to thank Lisa for the great time together . We will definitely book it again when we are back in Madrid.

    Lisa was very knowledgeable and fun to be around. She kept us interested the entire time and we learned so much about the history and culture of Madrid. She also gave great recommendations for things to do and places to eat for the rest of our trip. Highly recommended!

    Lisa was a fantastic guide who personalized my tour! She knew all the little alleyways and different sections of town so well. Gave me fun interesting facts, historical info and insights along the way. It was a fabulous overview so I can get around the city better for the rest of my time here in Madrid.
