    we had a great time. Our day was filled with snorkeling, watching a waterfall cascade and sight seeing the different places outside of our hotel zone.

    The positives: Stop at many beautiful places and snorkeling at Los Arcos was great. Lunch spot they take you to was good food (mostly seafood). The waterfall is amazing. Small groups so you are able to hear your guides instructions easily. The tour guide was helpful in many ways and any negatives seem like company issues not his issues. The negatives: Very disorganized. When we arrived at the location, we didn't find anyone for our tour until after our departure time had passed. The hike to the waterfall takes over 45 minutes. Bring shoes with a grip. You will be crossing through creeks on the way there, so be prepared for that. I slipped on a muddy rock at the falls and luckily brought a first aid kit to clean and sanitize the wound myself. The tour is more loosely organized than I am used to. This felt more like a boat ride with random stops. Didn't learn about the area as much as would have liked.

    Our group had a fantastic time with Captain Jack snorkeling at Los Arcos and visiting several different beaches in Banderas Bay. Jack was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He went out of his way to show us the wildlife as we snorkeled and took care to make sure everyone was having fun and doing alright. Our group really enjoyed this tour.

    This was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta. My wife had read many reviews and wanted to go on a Jack Sparrow excursion. Javier was our guide and did a fantastic job. We also met Jack his brother in the morning, who was very friendly. We are staying at the Barceló resort and visited their booth. They told us everything they had to offer and we decided on the full day. We started by going cliff jumping (which was awesome), the Arches (amazing),and then off to cruise along the shore looking at beautiful shorelines. We then went to the waterfall hike. The town is very cute. We were able to get into the fresh water. It was very refreshing after the hike. There were some young local boys cliff jumping into the water fall (scary)! In the way back we stopped at a place to eat. The food was very good and we shared a few appetizers. My teenagers (16, and 19) loved it and had a great time as well as my wife and I. We recommend this excursion!!

    Captain Jack and his crew were amazing. We spent the day with them and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. We were a large group traveling with children from 4 months old to 18. They tailored everything to us. They are incredibly kind and I look forward to seeing them again. Thank you Captain Jack and your crew.
