    Can t recomand it tour was in german language so we didn t understand anything :(.On the website i didn t see anything about english tour,even so when i ordered the tickets i selected english and still they let me book a german tour witch its simply silly.So yeah never again

    Great fun if you enjoy learning about the dark and gruesome history of Hamburg. But be aware that the whole thing is in German, so if you don't speak German, you will definitely not get the same experience. I would recommend buying tickets in advance too.

    It was brilliant. A really well done, immersive experience. The actors were great and the little rides were fun. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5, and it isn’t fully their fault, is that better audience control would have been appreciated. We were with a large group of loud, cocky teenagers who took the edge off for me. They were loud and pushed and swore a-lot, that wasn’t wonderful with my 9 year old there. I told them to be quiet a few times. One host made an attempt to tell them to listen and be quiet but the others didn’t. Other than that I would recommend it 100% I would definitely do it again.

    This was an amazing experience for me.and my son! The actors were very good and convincing. We did the english tour. The effects were also very good..they also offer you to skip some of the tours if you are easily scared.

    Loved the experience. Went in not knowing what to expect and I loved that. We laughed and also were very impressed with the acting. Great time had by our entire group!

You'll meet a shady dealer and find a hidden sarcophagus, smuggled in from Egypt. Face the ancient curse! Only from 07 July until 17 August. The Hamburg Dungeon is a unique and exciting attraction that takes you into the city's dark past. On a journey back in time to the bad old days, terrifyingly true stories and dark characters are brought back to life. Professional actors, historical settings and costumes await you. You'll experience the most horrible fun of your life! Meet the torturer, who welcomes suspicious villagers inside his Chamber of Torment. During the time of the Inquisition, defendants must confess their sins and the judge wants to hear all dirty details. Join the crew on their misson to free the notorious pirate Klaus Störtebeker. The lucky survivors will take a seat in Hamburg’s unique freefall tower to escape – good luck…
