    This company claims to be the best cruise firm in the Tri-State area. The reality is that it is the worst. Our student group took a dinner cruise the other night and it was an unmitigated disaster. First the group had to wait in the freezing cold for 30 minutes. They boarded the rather disappointing small vessel at 7:00 PM which was the sailing time. There were no beverages included other than water and it was supposed to be a hot cocoa cruise. There was no dancing. At $117.00 per person it was simply a rip off. To make matters worse management is not responding to my complaints.
