NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, the instructors will take care of everything. Take a breath, run for a few seconds and enjoy your free flight in the same way that birds do. It might look terrifying, but it's not, confirmed by thousands of scared people like you. However, if you want it a little bit more spicy(or not just a little bit) - ask the instructor, he is a MF, he likes making you people loud ;))) Things to keep in mind: - The most important thing - the location/time/date depend on weather, more precisely - wind direction and speed. You might need to suit your time to weather, keep it in mind. - For the same reasons, sometimes you have to wait for good conditions - wind direction/speed; - The video recording option of the flight is available; - Transportation available from Lisbon if no-one books it before you, first come - first served. - No flip-flops/sandals are allowed to wear. Wear your comfortable shoes/boots. Preferably long pants.
