What to expect
Royal Palace of Marrakech
The Royal Palace, also known as Dar el-Makhzen was built on the site of the Almohad kasbah, by the Almohads in the 12th.
Marrakech Ramparts
Commissioned by Ali Ben Yousef back in 1126. The medina’s walls are over 9 metres high, 2 metres thick and are about 19 kilometres in length. They once provided protection for the inhabitants of the city and up until the early 20th century, the gates were all securely closed at night.
Gueliz
Pass by L’Hivernage area, Boulevard Mohamed 6, Theatre Royal, Avenue Prince Moulay Rachid and many more spectacular places in the new part of Marrakech.
It took French painter Jacques Majorelle (1886-1962) forty years of passion and dedication to create this enchanting garden in the heart of the “Red City”. The garden and villa were rediscovered in the 1980s, by fashion designers, Yves Saint-Laurent and Pierre Bergé who set about restoring it and saving it.
Koutoubia Mosque is the largest mosque and one of the most beautiful sites in Marrakesh. It was completed under the reign of the Berber Almohad Caliph Yaqub al-Mansur (1184 to 1199), and inspired other buildings such as the Giralda of Seville and the Hassan Tower of Rabat.
The Bahia Palace is a palace and a set of gardens located in Marrakesh, Morocco. It was built in the late 19th century, intended to be the greatest palace of its time. The name means "brilliance".
Mellah
The narrow alleys of Mellah were once home to the city's Jewish population, as seen in landmarks like the Lazama Synagogue, with its tiled courtyard and exhibits on Jewish life.
Famouse square where many different activities take place and is favorite place for locals to visit.
