What to expect
Picked up from hotel or any fixed point in the city center in Darjeeling at 04:00 A.M. along with your guide and drive straight to Tiger Hill. Visit to the Tiger Hill (8,400 ft) to witness the amazing dawn over the Mt. Kanchenjunga. After visiting , enjoy breakfast at local restaurant . Later enjoy Joy Ride train from Darjeeling to Ghoom. Departure. Darjeeling at 1000 Hrs. Arrival Ghoom at 1050 Hrs. After that, visit Ghoom Monastery (7,407 ft) followed by Japanese temple . After that, take a pause for lunch After lunch, visit to Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (7,000 feet). Also visit Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park (7,000 ft) (Both Closed on Thursday) Later visit Tenzing Rock Tenzing Norgay & visit Tibetan self-help center (Closed on Sunday) (7,031 ft.) set up by Tibetan refugees in 1959 & Happy Valley Tea Estate (6,900 ft.) where you perceive how tea is made. Once your tour will be finished you will be driven back to your hotel / fixed point within city center. *** Tour Ends ***
