Ano Mera
Ano Mera is a charming village located in the center of Mykonos. It is the second-most populous area on the island after Mykonos Town (Chora) and offers a contrast to the bustling, cosmopolitan atmosphere of the latter. Ano Mera is known for its traditional Cycladic architecture, tranquil ambiance, and rich historical sites. We can make a stop for a lunch/drinks in one of the traditional tavernas with the best Greek food you can find in the village. ( Note : lunch/ drinks excluded in the price of the tour ). You can visit also the Monastery of Panagia Tourliani which founded in the 16th century, this monastery is a central feature of the village. It is known for its beautiful architecture, including a marble bell tower and a richly decorated iconostasis. The monastery also houses a small museum with religious artifacts and icons. (entrance fees excluded).
