    Always a part of our frequent visits to Antigua, Nicole and her delightful Sous Chef Iana provided us with another wonderful experience ! From the warm greeting to the ice cold rum punch and wonderful views from the lanai it felt like coming home. Nicole had a wonderful meal planned which consisted of us making a snack of Cassava chips served with a cool creamy dip. As an appetizer we made Spicy Buffalo Shrimp served with a Garlic Aioli. For our main we prepped and made wonderful Fish Tacos served with a side of Rice and Peas and for a sweet treat to end our feast we put together some Coconut Custard tarts. The sit down part of our afternoon was spent consuming the fruits of our labour on the lanai with Nicole and her always entertaining husband Adam and some wonderful folks from England with a backdrop of fantastic views of St. John and the Caribbean Sea. Never less to say it was a fantastic day and we are already looking forward to breaking bread, meeting new people and sipping on some of Adam's private stock at Nicole's Table on our next visit.

    This was a fantastic experience. Nicole and Adam are a super couple and made us feel so welcome. We simply felt like we were visiting a family friends home. Nicole explained everything so well and everyone all played our part in want turned out to be a very delicious meal. My wife and I also did the rum tasting with Adam which I believe is a must, I found a new appreciation for "proper" rum

    This was the BEST experience of our trip to Antigua. Nicole and her family are so welcoming and excited to have you. The food is amazing and the house has a view like no other!
