    I took several Paper Mache classes with Ernesto in September 2021, while visiting Puerto Vallarta. It was such an amazing experience! We made Katrinas, skeletons, beads, flowers and fruit. The instructor was so talented, and willing to share all his knowledge. I would definitely take more classes next time I’m in Puerto Vallarta. A must-do for anyone wanting to do something not so touristy!

    I had a wonderful experience taking the Paper Mache Class. It was very fun. The instructor was warm and engaging. He made it easy and fun to lean a new art. I highly recommend taking this class.

    What to expect

    Come Paint on the Beach! Kick off your shoes and paint with your toes in the sand. No experience needed, skilled artists welcome, no pressure, just good vibes and a brush in your hand. Everyone Anyone! You'll be guided by master artist Jose Luis Arias, so you're never stuck staring at a blank canvas. Where Playa de los Muertos, at the Langostinos Restaurant beach area. Open for breakfast if you want to grab food before or after. coffee and beverages available. When Show up at 9:00 AM. We'll check you in, get you set up, and you can settle in with your view. Price (all supplies included) - 800 pesos non-members - 600 pesos members We've got you covered - Paints, brushes, and canvas boards - Step-by-step teaching from Jose Luis Arias Bring with you - Sunscreen and a hat - Water bottle See you at Langostinos at 9:00 AM!

    Enjoy and learn about painting in nature. This class will take place on the Playa de los Muertos beach. A talented acrylic artist will host your class and help you get prepared for your beach painting. You will decide what you would like to paint and set up your painting area. Portable easels, stool, basic paints and brushes will be supplied. Canvases or Canvas boards are not included so you can bring one or pick one up for at the ART VallARTa store (range from 4 to 12 USD, many sizes available. Please bring sunscreen, a hat, water bottle and even a swim suit if you want to jump in the ocean. Everyone will meet at ART VallARTa at 8:45 to register, pick a canvas if necessary, grab a supply bag and you will all walk down to the beach and get settled. A Real Plein Air adventure.
