    Elaine's local knowledge that she shared with us was excellent and she took us to many places we would have never found/seen without her! We really enjoyed our time with her. In addition, the booking and communication with Viator was superb!

    We asked for a. Refund due to weather conditions our Cruise ship didn’t come into the Belfast port. Called and reported 15 hours before docking.

    I requested a refund which was denied ! We were on a cruise which docked in Belfast and made the driver away we were at the cruise terminal. He contacted us the day of excusion at 9:00 am to say he was there to pick us up but he was at the airport terminal. He was going to drive to the dock and pick us up but the he was over an hour away! We had to spend more money to get a taxi into the city since we only have a few hours at land and didn't want to waste time waiting. Therefore, we cancelled and are requested a refund, which they have rejected because according to the driver we did not tell him we were in the cruise ship port. I will not recommend this company for Belfast walking tour, there are other companies which are willing to work with the tourist in a situation like this. If this company is offering tours of Belfast at least know the pick up points (airport or cruise ship). Since this is a third party company Viator cannot help with requesting a refund.
