First, I try to operator for an hour since iy was late amd I dindnt hear about the pick up time. The first time they answered they told me that they’ll call me back. That obviously didn’t happen and it was already too late, so I tried to call them again, which took about half an hour. I had the same worker ok the phone and I told him that I wasn’t being contacted. He first put me om mute, after 20 sec he unmuted and just casually hung up. A few minutes later I got a notification saying that the driver won’t be able to make it and that they would refund the money. Why wouldn’t you also say that on the phone and just be polite? Never ever again!
